About Warranty Registration & After-sales Service
Winkler Far East Limited online warranty registration system is now live. Buyers in Hong Kong / Macau can register invoice number, security code and purchase store details to enjoy complete after-sales service.
Reminder: The warranty card inside the product box does not need to be mailed back to us.
Important Notes for Faucets
If you purchased our faucet products, please keep the original purchase invoice, anti-counterfeit label number on the faucet body, warranty card, and product information on the packaging for future maintenance and after-sales service.

After-sales Service Coverage
Thank you for choosing products from Winkler Far East Limited. Warranty details are listed on the warranty card. Service coverage includes:
- Single-lever ceramic cartridge: lifetime warranty
- Faucet: 2-year warranty (excluding plating layer)
- Brass valve core: 5-year warranty
**You need to visit our maintenance center in person for repair and servicing.
